Mental Health @ Work
There is a better way.
Research shows than 5% of eligible UK employees utilise their employers EAP scheme. Of the 5%, less than 20% are approved for counselling, being sent self help guides or signposted to charities. It's time to do things differently.
Mental health support shouldn't be a one sized fits all. It should be relational, trauma informed and client led. It may be therapy, it may be coaching, or perhaps it starts with joining the monthly series that include psycho-education sessions, talks and Q&A's, guided meditation sessions. For the more progressive businesses, we have CYP counsellors that can support your teams children too.
As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist myself, with a 29 year corporate background in HR, I wanted to offer something that would of offered real support when I was in your chair.
Surrey based, and UK wide online, we provide time limited or open ended therapy sessions that can be fully or partially funded by employers.
